Character27 (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used,
and disclosed by our mobile application Emails & Services Manager
(the “App”).

Information We Collect

Our App is designed to help you organize and manage your email accounts and connected services.
We collect the following information only when you choose to enter it manually:

• Email Information: Email addresses that you manually enter into the App for personal organization purposes. These email addresses are not collected from Facebook, Meta, or any third-party accounts.
• Service Information: Names and details of services that you manually associate with your email addresses.
• Notes and Tags: Any additional information you choose to add to your email and service records.

How We Use Your Information

All information you enter is stored locally on your device. We use this information to:

• Provide the core functionality of the App, including organizing and managing your email accounts and services
• Improve and optimize the App’s performance and user experience
• Respond to your comments or questions when you contact us

Data Storage and Security

All your data is stored locally on your device using secure SQLite database encryption.
We do not transmit or store your email information on our servers.
Your data remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

Meta / Facebook Platform Disclosure

Some of our applications are registered on and may integrate with the Meta (Facebook) Platform.

For applications that offer Facebook features (such as Facebook Login or other Meta services),
we may receive basic account information such as public profile information and email address,
in accordance with the permissions granted by the user and their Facebook privacy settings.

Not all Character27 applications use or connect to Facebook or other Meta services.
This particular application only accesses Facebook data if such features are explicitly
enabled and used by the user.

Any data received from Meta is used solely to provide app functionality and in compliance
with Meta Platform Policies. We do not sell, rent, or misuse Facebook user data.

Facebook Data Retention and Deletion

For applications that use Meta services, any data received from Facebook is processed only
as needed and is not stored on our servers unless explicitly stated.
If a user removes the app’s access through their Facebook account settings,
any previously received Facebook data is automatically discarded.

Third-Party Services

Our App may use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements in the App.
  AdMob may collect and process certain device information and usage data.

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook): Used for app registration and authentication
  services where applicable.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information
to outside parties.
We do not have access to the data you store in the App, as all data is stored locally
on your device.

Your Choices

You have complete control over the data you enter into the App.
You can edit or delete any information at any time through the App’s interface.

How to Delete Your Data

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you can permanently delete your data
in the following ways:

• Delete all data from within the App:
  • Open the App.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap on “Delete all data”.
  • Confirm when prompted.

  This action permanently deletes all emails, services, notes, tags, and any other data
  stored by the App on your device. This operation cannot be undone.

• Uninstall the App:
  You can also delete all App data by uninstalling the App from your device.
  Depending on your device and settings, you may also be able to clear the App’s
  data or cache from your system settings.

After using the “Delete all data” option or uninstalling the App,
we do not retain any copy of your data, as it is never stored on our servers.

Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal
information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
